Thank you to all who participated in our 2010  Gingerbread Classes!

Learn how to create your own gingerbread house at home.
Great Fun for ages 5 and up. Cost is $25.00 for kids and $30.00 for adults 12 and over.

Price includes a house to take home with you and a snack break.

Group and family rates are available. Classes are approx. 2 hours.

BAKE 375

1 ½ CUPS QUICK OATS

1 ¼ CUP FLOUR

¾ CUP BROWN SUGAR

¾ CUP NUTS

½ TSP SALT

½ TSP BAKING SODA

¾ CUP BUTTER- ROOM TMEPERATURE

1 CUP DRIED CRANBERRIES OR BUTTERSCOTCH CHIPS     MIX

PUT A GENEROUS HALF CRUMBLE IN 9 X 13 SPRAYED PAN

BAKE 10 -12 MINUTES

FILLING

2 CUPS PUMPKIN PUREE- LIKE VOGEL FARMS FRESH PUMPKIN

2/3 CUP MILK

1/3 C BROWN SUGAR-PACKED

1 LARGE EGG

1 TABLESPOON  PUMPKIN PIE SPICE

MIX AND POUR OVER CRUST

TOP W ITH REMAINING CRUMBLE

BAKE 20 TO 25 MINUTES
